1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?


    Our MOQ depends on the product:

    Nutmeg Whole: 10 tons | SS: 5tons | BWP: 1.5 tons

    Mace: 100 kg

    Avocado: 500 kg (for fresh shipment)

    Ginger: 10 tons

    Let us know your needs — we can be flexible for first-time buyers or samples.


2. Can I request product samples before placing a large order?


    Yes, we offer paid samples (product + shipping cost).

    This helps you evaluate quality before committing to a full shipment.


3. What export documents do you provide?


    We include all standard export documents:

    Commercial Invoice

    Packing List

    Phytosanitary Certificate

    Certificate of Origin

    Bill of Lading (BL) 

    Other documents as requested (e.g. lab test, fumigation)


4. Do you provide third-party quality inspection?

    Yes, we can coordinate with trusted independent labs or inspection bodies (SGS, Intertek, etc) 

    based on your request. We also conduct internal quality control at each stage.


5. Which countries are your main export destination?


    Whether you're in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, or the Americas, we welcome new partnerships


    from all over the world.


6. How long does delivery usually take?


    Delivery timeline depends on the product and destination.


    Example:

    Nutmeg (FOB Tanjung Perak): 2–3 weeks preparation + sea freight

    Ginger (FOB Belawan): 2–3 weeks preparation + sea freight

    Avocado (air freight to Asia): 3–5 days after harvest

    We’ll confirm estimated time when quoting.


7. Do you offer private labeling or custom packaging?


    Yes, for certain volumes and depending on the product, we can support private labeling or branded packaging.
